[PHCN] AND ITS MEMBERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE MATERIAL, SERVICES, SOFTWARE, TEXT, GRAPHICS, AND LINKS. [PHCN] DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEB SITES WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THESE WEB SITES OR THEIR SERVERS ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL ITEMS. IF YOUR USE OF THE WEB SITES OR THE MATERIAL RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING OR REPLACING EQUIPMENT OR DATA, [PHCN] IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE COSTS. [PHCN] makes no claims that the Materials are appropriate for any particular purpose or audience. Access to the Materials (including Software) may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries - you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

[PHCN] is completely internal. This means we don't give any information about our members public. [PHCN] don't publish it's projects and [PHCN] doesn't provide public help or support in IRC or any other chat. [PHCN] takes also no responsibility for any negligent action of it's members.
